Our ccorned beef is cured gently for a week to ensure the full complexity of the special cure is in every bite. Steamed and sliced, our corned beef sandwich is mind-meltingly delicious. Served on rye with deli mustard.

We roast Dellapietra's beef rounds slowly to a beautifully rosy-pink medium-rare. We then thinly slice it and gently fold it onto an Orwasher's Bakery onion roll with butter, Dijon mustard, and crispy fried Chinese onions. It's definitely best on that roll, but we're happy to serve it on your choice of bread.

We start by desalinating our salty belly lox in fresh water for 3 days, then we pickle it wine vinegar and our own blend of spices. Slightly sweet, it's a great side-dish, appetizer or snack. $4.99/half pound. Macaroni salad is part of the holy trinity of delicatessen salads. In fact, it is the only acceptable form of pasta salad. We make ours with a homemade dressing that has a nice little zing to it!
